Fred is an enthusiastic Labor Lawyer. Since November 2002, he holds the title Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht (specialized lawyer in Labor Laws according to § 43c BRAO) and is frequently advising all kind of companies as well as CEO’s, managers, employees and work councils in labor law as well as in economic and civil law matters.
Thereby, Fred is representing his clients before ordinary and labor courts, but also participates for them in negotiations about balancing of interests and social plans, and is assessor of conciliation boards.
Before opening his own law firm on February 1, 2010 in the Stuttgart court area, he was employed lawyer with Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (formerly known as PricewaterhouseCoopers Veltins Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH) and RWT Anwaltskanzlei GmbH. Fred leads his law firm together with Jasmin Beck. Fred corresponds in German and English.
Fred often participated in European Wine Tasting competitions and has a passion for art, fashion and photography.
